Privacy policy

This site collects as little as it needs to book and deliver work.

What I collect

• Forms: the name, email, company and answers you type into the fit-call, intake, advisory and scorecard forms.
• Payments: Stripe collects your payment details. I receive your name, email, company, team size, role and what you bought, never your full card or bank number.
• Scheduling: when you book a call, Google Calendar records the time, your name and email.
• Analytics: Google Analytics records pages viewed, approximate location, device type, how you arrived (for example a LinkedIn link) and actions such as starting a checkout or submitting a form. It sets first-party cookies to recognize return visits. Advertising features and Google signals are turned off, and names, emails and form contents are never sent to it. You can opt out with Google's opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies.

How it's used

To reply to you, schedule and deliver the service, send receipts and invoices, and understand which pages are useful. I don't sell your information or add you to marketing lists without asking.

Who processes it

Stripe (payments), Google (calendar and email), Vercel (hosting), Google Analytics (site usage) and Resend (transactional email). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

Scorecard answers

Scorecard scoring happens in your browser. Answers are only sent to me if you ask for an emailed copy.
