Refund policy

Every Ennis Studio workshop and research brief has a written deliverable and a delivery window on its spec sheet. This policy explains what happens if something goes wrong.

The delivery guarantee

If I don't deliver the deliverable described on the spec sheet within the stated window, you get a full refund of the fee. Email ben@ennis-studio.com and the refund is issued to your original payment method within five business days.

Before the session

• Cancel more than 7 days before the scheduled session: full refund.
• Cancel within 7 days: you can reschedule once at no charge within 60 days, or receive a 50% refund.
• If I need to reschedule, you choose a new date or a full refund.

AI Build Day scoping

If the scoping call shows the use case can't be built in a day, I'll say so and refund the full fee, or credit it toward a different workshop.

Workshop credit

The full workshop fee is credited toward an Implementation Sprint or Fractional AI Advisor engagement signed within 60 days of the workshop. Credits have no cash value and don't combine with refunds.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds go back to the original card or bank account. Stripe's processing fees are absorbed by Ennis Studio.
